Accoya starts life as Radiata Pine as is almost exclusively grown and harvested from managed forests in New Zealand. Due to the fast-growing cycle of Radiata Pine, trees are usually felled after around 30 years. This means there is an abundant supply of timber.

What an outstanding service provided by Somerset Joinery Solutions. I had previously purchased a hardwood front door from a different supplier (due to the the stained glass requested) and required it installing. SJS supplied a bespoke hardwood door frame, fitted and installed both door and frame with minimal fuss, to a top standard. The paint job on both door and frame were also carried out by SJS and I must say it is a superb finish.
My neighbour also said what polite and friendly fitters they were as she spoke to them on her way out. 10/10 in all aspects, nothing was too much for them and the quality of work and the finish speak for themselves.
